1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Stiplo and Ghost Scan services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Stiplo provides commercial integrity scanning for hotel websites and paid campaign landing pages. Ghost Scan crawls publicly accessible web pages, captures screenshots, and uses AI to detect integrity issues. We do not access private systems, booking engines, or customer data.

3. User obligations

You must only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorisation to scan. You must provide a valid email address to receive scan results. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Data usage

Scan results are stored securely and shared only with the email address provided. We may use aggregated, anonymised scan data to improve our service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Limitation of liability

Stiplo provides scan results on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of AI-detected issues. Stiplo is not liable for any business decisions made based on scan results.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
